VISION

HOUSING. ENVIRONMENT. INFRASTRUCTURE.

River Park offers a holistic approach to addressing Austin’s most pressing needs - focusing on housing, environment, and infrastructure with a vision for a sustainable and resilient community. We understand that housing is a fundamental need, which is why we envision a range of diverse housing options that cater to various needs and lifestyles, with easy access to public transportation for those who prefer to leave their car behind.

Our commitment to sustainability extends to the environment and infrastructure of our community, offering access to parks, greenbelts, and walking trails that promote an active and healthy lifestyle. With infrastructure designed to minimize our impact on the environment we believe that sustainable living means creating a community that meets the needs of Austin today and for the generations that follow.

CONNECTION

GREENBELT. TRANSIT. TRAILS.

Reconnect with nature, access regional parks and trails, or use the local transit system to get to your next destination - River Park is committed to creating a vibrant and sustainable neighborhood providing easy access to nature and located directly adjacent to current and future mass public transportation.

Access to the greenbelt is limited due to inadequate street and sidewalk layout, large block lengths and erosive conditions of the Country Club Creek. To foster deep connections with nature, we have planned for easier access through a publicly accessible street grid, enhanced and shaded sidewalks, expanded trail system and an increase in public parkland.
